Quick in, quick out, wonderfully caring staff. Dr. McMorrow is thorough and detail oriented.

Check in was easy and I had a short wait. The nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor explained everything in detail. Before I knew it the procedure was finished. I especially loved the warmed blankets!

The office staff from making the appointment to checking in was personable and helpful in discussing how I might get my records from an out of town provider. Dr Jeffrey Matthews was an excellent listener to my complex history and comes across as kind, interested and knowledgeable about the latest research relating to my various GI issues. We have a game plan and I am confident I am in good hands.

Dr. called to check on me at a late time in the day following being very busy do procedures. On day of my colonoscopy was 'done very well' and spoke to me ahead to make me feel very calm. Went well--didn't know anything until I was finished. Told me all about the results--thankfully were 'ok' . Told me to let him know how I was feeling .

Bad weather made it impossible to get there. Lots of people cancelled. I had already fasted and drank the yuck drink so wanted to get there if possible. They took me four hours late. In and out. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

The most wonderful office and staff I know of have been going there many years

I recently had two procedures with Dr. Ramgopal and had a great experience. I had not met Dr. Ramgopal before the procedure as my appointment was with one of the nurse practitioners. Dr. Ramgopal went over my symptoms, explained the procedure and then discussed the findings with me and my husband afterward. Once the official results were received he took time via telephone to explain everything to me and was very patient with me as I asked several questions. I would recommend Dr. Ramgopal to others.

Was unable to make my appointment in person due to an illness and when I called to reschedule they offered me a telemedicine visit which was great. Doctor was very nice and answered all my questions.

Dr. Mathews is a very caring doctor. He listens very closely to what is being said and prescribes the necessary treatment. The best Dr. I have been to in years.

I was timely received by the doctor. My situation/issues were carefully analyzed and addressed. I was given a remedial plan to follow and instructed how I should report results to the doctor. I would give a 0 if possible. Our experience with Gateway was awful. I found the nurses to be very cold, curt & appeared to be “bothered”. And I am a nurse. My husband had excruciating pain & was referred by his PCP for a colonoscopy post her seeing inflammation on an abdominal scan. He had his colonoscopy & afterwards, I met with Dr Jason Haas. He was arrogant & condescending. He informed me that my husband “must have had Diverticulitis at some point, but that it was no longer infectious.” I asked if he would please consider giving him an antibiotic because of his severe pain. He responded, "I can only tell you what I see & theres no longer an infection!" So we left the Endoscopy Center & went straight to the ER, where they proceeded to do additional scans, bloodwork, urine, etc. SURPRISE! My husband did actually have active diverticulitis!!!! We spent lots of time & money that day to find an answer we should have gotten at the Colonoscopy Center. WOW! Thats all I can say!!! I just wonder what Dr Haas would say now. Extremely disappointing from start to finish!

The F.N.P. I met with was very attentive and easy to talk too. A negative of the practice is the doctor I was going to left the practice and his customers were not informed. When I tried to see another doctor I was told it would be a three month wait. I guess there is always the emergency room if needed. I was happy that I was able to talk to Mrs.Aubuchon that only took a month to see her. I have now reestablished myself with another doctor in the group.

From start to finish the entire experience was a very good. Admittance for the procedure was easy. Then I was walked back to the pre procedure area, as we were walking the nurse explained the procedure step by step. Communication was very good. While being prepped for the procedure I was walked through what to expect. While in the room where the procedure is going to take place, one last run down of what to expect and last safety check before the procedure. In post op the nurse and doctor were very thorough in their explanation. The whole staff was very attentive. Very happy with everything. Thank you, Joe Buneta.

My only complaint was the length of time to get my EGD. I was not having the RUQ discomfort when seeing the NP. My labs were normal. L Plus this is an intermittent issue. But 3 months and 1 week seems excessive to wait for a test.

No complaints. The nurse did not make us wait, she heard me out, asked questions, provided positive feedback and possible solutions to the problem.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Liked Dr. Rigel. My only suggestion pertains to the prep instructions. My colonoscopy was scheduled for 7:00 AM which meant I needed to be at the center at 6:00 AM. The prep instructions were to drink the solution at 2:00 PM the prior day followed by the second at 10:00 PM. As a result, I only got 2 hours of sleep that night. For the early morning appointment, I suggest starting the prep earlier, or at least moving the second round to 8:00 PM.

Did not recvd an instruction of my colonoscopy from my Dr. I had to follow the sodium sulfate,potassium sulfate and magnesium state oral solution. That Wall Green Pharmacy gave me. Thats where I got the guidance to get the colonoscopy. Not from the Dr office.. So I had to wait or another hrs to released the water I drunk. Anyway... thnks God I'm good my Dr found 4 mm plyp in ascending colon. Not bad.

The Staff in this office are very kind and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable. Every effort is made to accommodate patient schedules. I was there to see Dr Riegel. When checking in I didn’t realize there are separate windows for each Dr., and l waited at the wrong window for a few minutes to be checked in before realizing l was at the wrong window, and the worker was not at the window Better identification at the windows might be helpful. Dr. Riegel is knowledgeable and a good listener. He also doesn’t waste time, but gets right to the point of the patient’s needs. Over all, it was a good experience. Thank you.

Mrs. Aubuchon was very nice and really made sure I understood what was going on the the procedures that needed to be done. She also talked to me about tests that need to be run and what they were looking for exactly. She also made sure to ask if I was able to get mine done on the same day and let me know they do have Saturday dates which was a blessing for me so I didn’t have to take off work.

well since I can't get past the holiday announcement. I'll submit my question here. Since the bacterial infection in my stomach several months ago, my BM's have been very erratic. I go 3 day with no BM, after a couple of days of Senna or Miralax I have loose BM's for 2-3 days. I suspect there will be no answer to treatment except hopefully it will right it self. Dan Messmer

Felt too rushed by NP, also she used medical terminology in which I am fluent, but most people wouldn't understand. I forgot to mention some things because her fast pace. I gave 4 stars because my experience with Dr. Williams is more suited to me.

I was a patient of Dr.Riegel's for colonoscopy 3X in the past but had never been to his office.Office is not far from my home, and parking was easy at 7:45 a.m. Office staff were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Riegel listened to my symptom which had cleared up, but he ordered a further test to determine if any health issue should be addressed. I would recommend Dr. Riegel to anyone who asked.
