Re: Patient Questionnaire
I can’t say that arising at 5:00 am to be shortly thereafter sedated and having a tube inserted in my posterior is a “wonderful” experience or one that I want to engage in frequently, particularly given that my insurance willl not cover the cost of this procedure.
On the other hand the staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Su appeared to be competent and personable, a combination of no smal value when dealing the the medical profession. What more can I say? This is the second time Dr. Su has attended to me and voting with my feet and my dollars says more about my opinion of Gateway than flowery words or multi-question surveys can reveal.
